Job Description
- Respond to customer requests and queries in a timely manner and provide professional customer support.
- Troubleshoot common issues and provide solutions.
- Communicate directly with customers through various channels i.e. emails, chats.
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions and follow up task.
- Escalate questions and requests to appropriate departments or resource.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
