Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Oversee the editing of TikTok videos, including image editing, basic visual effects, sound adjustments, music synchronization, and subtitle effects to ensure engaging and high-quality content.
- Creative Oversight: Independently manage the full editing process, ensuring that content aligns with TikTok trends, maintains rhythm, and meets high aesthetic standards.
- Production Support: Take charge of planning and executing video shoots for TikTok, guiding the team in capturing the desired style and managing scene scheduling.
- Quality Content Creation: Consistently deliver captivating, high-quality short video content designed to maximize viewer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. Ability to source relevant content online for editing. Previous TikTok editing experience is a plus.
- Creative Mindset: Strong creative thinking with a knack for storytelling and crafting concise, innovative summaries that capture attention.
- Passion for Short-Form Video: Deep interest in the short video format, with knowledge of TikTok trends, editing styles, and platform-specific content strategies.
- Aesthetic & Artistic Insight: Solid understanding of visual art, with the ability to manage rhythm, color, and composition to create visually appealing videos.
- Operational Understanding (Bonus): Familiarity with social media operations and trends is a plus, enabling a strategic approach to video production and distribution.
