Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Distributor Manager is responsible for the overall sales target achievement in the assigned territory by ensuring
the availability of Nabati products to our customers across all channels through the management of partner
distributor/s.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manages and strengthens business partnerships with distributors
● Ensures Distributors’’ operations are efficient and effective, i.e., warehouse & inventory management, logistics,
sales force, etc.
● Implement, follow up, and update the Field Sales Plan for the assigned Distributor/s
● Ensures adherence to all Company principles and policies, including Nabati/local Trade policy, local Trade
Terms, Safety, and local regulations
● Ensures Distributors are performing their roles and achieving the KPI target set by Nabati
● Works with key partners to ensure vendor targets are achieved by leveraging both vendor-led and
internally-funded campaigns and activations.
● Understands the growth opportunities of each category and determine categories to prioritize
● Creates and implements category growth strategies
● Owns the setting up, tracking, insights, and preparation of a quality post-mortem to ensure that activations are
continuously improved upon
● Works with the marketing team to launch and track campaign performance
● Provides vital input for the marketing team's campaigns

JOB REQUIREMENTS
● BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field
● At least five (5) years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization
● Experience in leading a sales team
● Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
● Strong organizational skills
● Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
● Analytical and creative thinking
● Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
● Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
