Sales Coordinator (46941) - Lima Tech Batangas

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
With an alternate Saturday Schedule

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 3 years experience in SALES or PROCUREMENT in a manufacturing company
- Good at Math skills and knowledge of EXCEL
- Experience with calculating costs and preparing quotations
- Willing to work onsite in LIMA Batangas
- Experience working in a Japanese company is highly preferred

Job Description
- Preparing detailed price quotations for clients, considering factors like cost, delivery time, and packaging
- Managing price negotiations with clients, preparing proposals based on costs, competitor rates, and client budgets
- Coordinating and adjusting product packaging to meet client requests and ensure safe delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by providing continuous support and communication
- Working closely with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to make sure client feedback is addressed and any needed changes are done
- No responsibility for finding new clients; focus is solely on managing existing accounts
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
