RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Job Description:

-Implement current recruitment processes like managing online recruitment sites and HR management system software
-Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training
-Send text message and/or email reminders to applicants
-Conduct background checks on applicants
-Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee
-Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies
-Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager
-Perform other duties as assigned

-Excellent English writing and communication skills
-Confident and positive demeanor
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Good Work Attitude
-Intelligent
-Fast learner
-Organized and has strong attention to details
-Ability to assess presented information and decide the correct course according to the interest of the company’s objectives
-Flexible
-Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required

Equipment:

-Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Pentium processor and 4 GB RAM)
-Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
-Connectivity: Wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
-Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
