Business Development Manager (BPO)

Job Description:

-Marketing for inbound and outbound call center
-Partner with the CEO on all business development and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis and projections, -cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis
-Source, develop, and close leads
-Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth
-Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
-Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through phone calls, emails, and meetings
-Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting
-Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
-At least 25-27 years old
-Years of remarkable experience working in marketing and business development
-Ability to design and implement effective marketing and sales process
-Good work attitude and strong values
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional leadership and managerial skills
-Advanced computer skills (Tech savvy)
-Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
-Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
-Great attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Expertise in market research, surveys, and data analytics
-Strong ability to execute while managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines
-Can flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
-Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
-Knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics)

Laptop/Desktop (at least i3/i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor with 4-8 GB RAM)
Computer headset with noise-canceling feature
Internet connection: wired; minimum of 10 Mbps
Software: Microsoft Office, PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom
