Job Description
CREATIVES MANAGER
Job description:
-Play a key role in planning and executing social media campaigns, brand creative strategy and partnerships, and communications projects.
-Work with the creative team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
-Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
-Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
-Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
-Supervise the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
-Monitor and check the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
-Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
-Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
-Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
-Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
Qualifications:
-Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other essential design tools
-Basic video editing skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, etc. is an advantage
-Has excellent taste in design
-Has understanding of layout, design, and typography
-Has understanding of the digital and print requirements for formatting
-Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
-Good organizational skills
-Must be a creative and strategic thinker
-Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
-Handles suggestions, corrections, and rejections positively
-Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
-Good comfort level interacting with clients and industry professionals
-Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
-Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
Equipment requirement:
Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least i3 processor and 8 GB RAM)
Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature, Webcam
Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro/Filmora
