Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or drugstore operations, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to serving the community. This role involves preparing sterile products, assisting clinicians, and ensuring compliance with established protocols for the distribution and administration of medications.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense and distribute medications accurately, ensuring compliance with prescriptions and regulations.
Prepare sterile products for patient administration, including determining proper preparation, packaging, sterilization, storage, and stability requirements.
Assist clinicians in establishing protocols for the storage, distribution, and administration of investigational drugs.
Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, potential side effects, and proper administration.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
License: Must be a Registered Pharmacist.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail or drugstore operations.
Skills:
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable, with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
Ability to prepare and manage sterile products with attention to detail.
Knowledge of investigational drug protocols and storage requirements.
