Job Description
A customer service representative (CSR) helps customers by providing information, addressing concerns, and resolving issues:
Customer support: Provide information about products and services, and answer questions
Problem resolution: Troubleshoot issues and find solutions
Escalation: When needed, escalate issues to the right internal teams
Feedback: Collect customer feedback and document solutions
Follow up: Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
Sales: Generate sales leads and attract new customers
Processing: Process orders and returns
Communication: Work with customers by phone, email, chat, or remotely.
CSRs should have strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to multitask, work well with others, and remain calm and professional.
