Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, and live chat.
* Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.

Problem-Solving:
* Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
* Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
* Update customer information and databases.
* Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

* At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) & Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
*At least 18 months of BPO Experience
* Must be excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
