Cluster Sales Officer for Financing/Brgy Pinagkaisahan MakatiCity

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation
Achieve sales targets for the cluster through effective planning and execution.
Develop sales strategies tailored to local markets within the cluster.
Cross-sell and upsell products/services to maximize revenue opportunities.
2. Market Research and Analysis
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the cluster.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
Identify new opportunities for business growth within the assigned area.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across the cluster.
Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
4. Team Coordination and Support
Collaborate with branch managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Provide training, coaching, and support to sales staff in the cluster.
Monitor team performance and share regular feedback with management.
5. Reporting and Compliance
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
Monitor and control operational costs within the cluster.
6. Promotion and Events
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities in the cluster.
Organize events, product launches, or campaigns to boost sales.
Ensure brand consistency and visibility in all sales activities.

Qualifications:
College Graduate
Not more than 40 years old
with at least 2 years sales experience
