Customer Service Representative - Work From Home

Responsibilities:
- Call leads to schedule client appointments.
- Follow up with leads until appointments are confirmed.
- Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospects.
- Use scripts to present value and handle objections.
- Update CRM with relevant details after each interaction.
- Manage and coordinate the appointment calendar.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with phone calls and using call scripts.
- Strong customer service skills and good listening.

Device Specification:
CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
Windows or Mac is acceptable
At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available

Network Requirements:
10 Mbps DSL/Fibr Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
