Managed Network and UCaaS
Responsibilities:
Provide First Level of Client Support with Channel types of Inbound Calls, Chats, Emails, Proactive Monitoring Alerts, and Self Service Portal Cases for Client Managed Network and UCaaS Services.
Conduct Troubleshooting and various products
Work with Telecommunication Vendors and ISPs to open a ticket
Request initial Part Shipments and Field Engineer Dispatches where necessary

Critical Hard Down Situations
Sites on their Secondary Solution
Back up Downs / Primary Operational
VPN Tunnels
Wired and Wireless WAN Services
Wireless Access Points
Voice Equipment and Configurations
Call Routing
Handsets
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 6 months call center experience in IT, Network Support etc
Must have strong technical background for modems, routers, hardware devices such as laptops, desktops, and/or printers
For Telco Experienced Applicants – must have experience with broadbands or internet and should have advanced troubleshooting experience
Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang
Full-Time position(s) available
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
Must have an average to good communication skills both written and verbal
