Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist in onboarding process.
2.Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations as needed.
3.HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., personnel files, HRIS).Process employee status changes (e.g., hires, promotions, terminations) and update HR information systems accordingly.
4.Benefits and Compensation
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Support in administering employee compensation and incentive programs.
5.Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and metrics.
6.Training and Development
Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees. Maintain training records and assist in identifying training needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven work experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
