Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a commercial truck to transport, load and unload items/equipment to various location. This role requires a commitment to safety, adhere regulations, and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Safely load and unload items from the vehicles.
2. Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses safely on time.
3. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery receipts and other required paperwork.
4. Verifying orders and after delivery to ensure completeness, accuracy of charges and customer satisfaction.
5. Communicate professionally with customers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding deliveries.
6. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
7. Conduct inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including hazardous materials handling when applicable.
9. Complying with all transportation regulations and upholding a clean driving record.
Job Requirements:
1. Valid Driver’s License.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Can able to communicate and good in English language.
4. Proven experience as a Truck Driver, with a clean record driving.
5. May require special license to operate certain vehicles.
6. Knowledgeable of GPS and Navigation Systems.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical task.
9. Flexible to work irregulars’ hours and weekends if necessary.
10. Attention to detail.
11. Commitment to following designated routes, schedules, safety protocols, and transportation regulations.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to walk and sit for long periods while driving.
2. Capacity to lift and carry items.
