Logistic Sales Assistant Manager (46972) - Santa Rosa Laguna

Salary: 70,000 - 150,000
Shifting Schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- With work experience in the Logistics field
- With at least 10 years of experience in Logistics Sales/Account Management.
- Basic knowledge of Delivery / Distribution operation and can work smoothly with all stakeholders
- Management experience
- A person with sufficient knowledge of government regulation related to the delivery operation
- Work experience with a Japanese company

Preference:
- Work experience or knowledge at an automobile manufacturing company
- Work experience at a Japanese company
- Negotiation prices with the transporter, shipping lines, and any logistics companies that have assets
- Experience in dealing with adjusters of insurance company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Manage delivery operation and arrangement (planning, booking, monitoring and reporting)
●Research government regulation
●Make proposal of delivery route, process, method, quality improvement
●Conduct survey to assure safety of delivery route including loading/unloading places
●Communicate and Coordinate between stakeholders such as manufacturer, dealer, transporter, shipping line, insurance company, government authority
●Negotiate delivery related costs and conditions
●Control department's budget
●Reporting immediately in case any accidents, damages, losses of handling goods.
●Submit several reports for the operation in timely manner to the company directors
●Provide work instructions to newly hired staff and confirm and approve his/her output
