Area Manager

Organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores in a given area. Assumes responsibility for the over all success of the stores by setting targets, supervising branch managers and ensuring they are attained. Shall manage diverse operations from a distance. With a strategic mindset and excellent abilities in financial and operational planning.

 

The goal is to ensure that all handled branches will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiencies.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

-Set standards and objectives for different branches.

-Optimize  and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.     

-Lead a team of branch managers and management trainees towards effective collaboration and attainment of the Company Vision.

-Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stays with in set budget.

-Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines, especially excellent product quality and customer service.

-Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.

-Evaluate performance using metrics and address issues to improve it.

-Reports to Regional Manager on progress and issues.

-Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
