Architect Specializing in 3D and Animation

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced architect specializing in 3D modeling and animation to create high-quality visualizations and animated videos for both outdoor and indoor architectural projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in producing imagery for holiday complexes, including comprehensive visual books for holiday villages, villas, and apartment units, showcasing all available amenities such as spas, sports fields, and pools.

Responsibilities:
Design and create stunning 3D visualizations for architectural projects, including both outdoor and indoor environments.
Develop animated videos to showcase projects in a high-quality, impressive format.
Produce detailed visuals for holiday complexes, including villa and apartment layouts within holiday villages, highlighting full-service amenities.
Collaborate closely with design, planning, and client teams to ensure alignment with architectural and design needs.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of lighting, color, and materials to create realistic models and renderings.

Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit.
Proven experience in producing animated videos for architectural projects.
Experience creating visual content for holiday complexes, including villas, apartments, and full-service amenities like spas, sports fields, and pools.
Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication with clients and other stakeholders.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work within tight deadlines.
