Position: Assistant Collection Manager
Company Industry: Lending Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary Offer: Php 50,000 basic salary+ Php 5,000 Allowance
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Set Up: Work onsite

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any related field.
At least 1 -3 years as a Collection Specialist.
At least 1 year experience in lending industry.
Amendable to work onsite.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
Build a communication bridge between the local area and the headquarters to
assist in system optimization and project implementation
Lead the team to complete performance indicators and ensure team stability and growth
Organizing team leaders to understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitoring whole teams’ productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Handle and/or resolve escalated issues from team leaders’ while evaluating risks
Regularly conduct staff meetings, individual coaching conversations and
reviews
Other tasks assigned by the headquarters
