Job Description
Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm
Salary: 145,000 net pay, no other benefits
Required:
— Any graduate with relevant industry experience. B.E. / B. Tech., M.C.A. preferred
— 5-7 years of functional experience in the Retail & E-commerce industry
— At least one full life cycle ERP / Retail Software implementation experience
— Excellent communication and presentation skills
— Proven ability to listen to prospects and design solutions that can deliver business benefits
— Prior experience as a Solution Architect (Presales Consulting) will be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Design client-specific product solutions.
— Oversee complete proposal development.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery.
— Assist sales with client requirement understanding and technical support.
— Offer technical guidance on product specs and compatibility.
— Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
— Align client needs with internal product development and marketing.
— Lead product demonstrations for at seminars / conferences/ solution forums/ exhibitions to showcase the client's solutions.
— Contribute to compelling proposal creation.
— Respond promptly to RFPs, RFQs, and SOWs.
— Maintain motivation and commitment to continuous learning.
— Work effectively independently and in team settings.
