Maintenance Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
2. Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
3. Assist in set up of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
4. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
5. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
6. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
7. Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
8. Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (planting, carpentry etc.)
9. Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, Microsoft office knowledgeable
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is a PLUS

Work Location: Las Pinas City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday; 8AM to 5PM
Salary range: 16,000 to 20,000
