Job Description
Preparation of quotations/proposals for bidding for clients
Preparation of master sales orders based on purchase orders
Input of master sales orders in computerized accounting system
Preparation of commercial reports for weekly meetings
Monitoring of project updates
Coordinate project bidding requirements
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Commerce, Computer Science or any related course
At least 2 years related working experience
Experience in construction industry preferred, but not required
Proficient in both oral and written English
Organized, hardworking and able to work under pressure/willing to work long hours
Team player, goal-oriented
Must be computer literate – Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
