Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Vocational/ Technical/ Business School Graduate or at least two (2) years in college
• Must have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Technicians of Automatic Machinery
• Must be Technicians of Injection Moulding and Thermoforming machines
• Must have strong linear thinking, analytical, observational, and organizational skills
• Must have excellent soft skills and technical knowledge
• Must be willing to work ASAP
• Must be amenable to work onsite and in Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee production start-up, machine parameter checks, and assist in troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and machine stability.
• Train and guide machine operators, monitor machine conditions, and report any issues requiring repairs to supervisors.
• Support production schedules, maintain machine cleanliness, assist in mold fabrication, and document parameter settings for quality control.
