Sales Associate

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers promptly and courteously.
2. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
3. Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
4. Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
5. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.

Qualifications:

1. At least a SHS Graduate
2. Previous experience as Sales Associate for at least 6 months is required.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
5. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
6. Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
7. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
9. Detail-oriented and organized.
10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Reminder before you apply:

1. Willing to work onsite, shifting schedule.
2. Training for 10 days inside the store (Robinsons Imus) without rest day.
3. Training allowance of 392 pesos per day for only 10 days.
4. Salary after the training (if passed on the evaluation) is 560 pesos per day.
5. After getting hired, orientation with the client's office is required (Quezon City)
6. Live selling is required, scheduled weekly (once or twice only).
7. Sales Quota is 2 million to 3 million per month and per sales staff.
