Job Description
HR Officer is responsible for managing personnel records, updating databases and assisting in HR Operations. They handle task such as creating company policies, scheduling interviews and preparing HR - related reports.
KEY TASK:
Actively involve in Recruitment by preparing Job Description (JD), posting ads on different hiring platform and managing hiring process.
Support management of disciplinary and grievance issued to employees.
Maintaining employee records ( soft and hard copies).
Updating HR Date Base (e.g., new hires, separation, vacation and sick leaves).
Newly Hires
Separation Pay (including last pay, 13th month pay & signed Quite claim)
Vacation and Sick Leave
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like the following:
Tine In and Out
Late
Undertime
Absences
Leaves
Prepare Job Offer and Contract before onboarding of Newly Hired Employees.
Ensure all required employment documents are completed and signed.
Provide orientation for new employees by providing information, reviewing company policies and other payroll information, explaining benefits programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
Maintains human resources for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, changes in job classifications and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick and personal time.
Provide new employees with their benefit options, ensure enrollment forms were complete, and provided each new employee a copy of the company policy employee manual.
Performs other task that may assigned by superior from time to time.
