Job Description

Logistics dispatcher manages and coordinates the efficient delivery of goods by communicating with drivers, scheduling routes, and tracking shipments. They ensure timely and accurate deliveries while handling any issues that arise end route.

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inbound and outbound delivery dispatching
Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and project management techniques
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
