Job Description
2. Assist the Sales Team for any day to day marketing needs and activities.
3. Prepare and project manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials.
4. Organize a calendar of marketing events such as dinners, promotions, workshops and other company events.
5. Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.
6. Provides post activity reports and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
7. Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels.
8. Coordinate with outside agencies for example designers to produce marketing material such as stationery and web pages.
9. Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
10. Oversee and update the website in coordination with the company’s IT support.
11. Maintain and develop the organization’s customer database.
12. Create and develops new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
13. Develops and implements an internal marketing program.
14. Assist and manage the telemarketing team.
15. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
