Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, providing accurate and friendly assistance for product or service inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely, effective solutions.
- Account Assistance: Manage account-related tasks, such as billing inquiries, service setup, and updating account information.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for quality control and future reference.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver informed support and recommendations.

Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year CSR voice experience
- Must completed 2nd year college
- Comfortable communicating in English language
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
