Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and
networking.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and how Acxelsus can provide solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
• Assist the Sales Development Lead in executing strategies, preparing reports, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve overall sales performance.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
•Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
•Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision.
• Ability to quickly learn about different industries and tailor communication accordingly.
• Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work with other departments to achieve shared goals.
• With opportunity for hybrid set up after regularization (2 days wfh, 3 days onsite work)
• Work schedule: 5AM – 2PM (DST) or 6AM – 3PM
Salary:
50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
