Job Description

- Demonstrate and upsell all corporate products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Motivates and supervises the entire team to reach their sales goals.
- Invite customers, designers, and architects to product presentations.
- Initiates and performs field activities aligned with the target market, such as sales presentations to design and architectural companies or real estate agents, to generate new leads.
- Create a variety of status reports, including daily field activities, the status of existing accounts, closed accounts, and accounts for follow-up that meet quarterly objectives.
- Share new product and service possibilities, exceptional developments, information, and comments.
- Prepares and delivers KPI reports and concerns during monthly Mancom meetings.
- Submits monthly performance review forms for each Sales Representative to the HR Department.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Has 5 years of work experience preferably in handling corporate or institutional accounts related to construction or architectural design, etc
• Must have strong connections with Architects, Engineers, or Interior Designers
• Aggressive in account acquisition and saturation
• Must be always on the look-out for business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Amenable to travel to different business locations
