The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through interpersonal skills and computer literacy
Earn up to 24,000 (Depends on the Campaign)
Minimum Requirements
- at least HS/SHS Graduated
- with 6 months and up BPO experience
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
