Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Present and promote all company products and services to current and prospective clients.
-Identify new sales prospects and engage with these and other assigned accounts.
-Conduct targeted sales activities, including presentations to design and architectural firms and real estate brokers, to generate leads.
-Conduct daily follow-ups on leads and referrals from field activities.
-Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.
-Address and resolve client issues within 24 hours, coordinating with Managers as necessary.
-Prepare status reports covering daily field activities, account status, closed accounts, and follow-ups based on quarterly goals.
-Present monthly KPI reports and performance concerns in Mancom Meetings.
-Supervise and support Sales Representatives, providing training and coaching plans quarterly.
-Conduct monthly performance reviews with direct reports.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
-With 5 years of experience in managing corporate or institutional accounts in construction, architectural design, or a similar field.
-Strong network with architects, engineers, or interior designers.
-Proactive in acquiring and maximizing accounts.
-Strong business acumen with a focus on new opportunities.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
-Willingness to travel across business locations.
-Amenable to work onsite in Manresa, Quezon City
