Job Description

Administrative assistants perform a variety of tasks to support office operations, including:
Front-desk coverage: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail and shipments

Administrative support: Creating and distributing documents, responding to emails, and providing support to senior leaders

Scheduling: Planning and scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Organizing: Maintaining filing systems, databases, and employee lists

Communication: Managing communication with clients and visitors, and relaying messages

Office supplies: Ordering and managing office supplies and food deliveries

Record keeping: Preparing meeting minutes and expense reports

Other tasks: Assisting with budget activities, implementing new procedures, and conducting surveys

Administrative assistants should have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to multitask and prioritize. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
