Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SEAONAL ACCOUNT

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Account to provide exceptional support to our customers via Calls As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues using our CRM system
* Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 6 months or 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a calls support role*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends (if applicable)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
