Job Description
• Ensure the achievement of the team’s targets, including insurance premiums, commissions, profitability, and client penetration
• Implement business development initiatives and marketing programs to drive insurance sales and client engagement
• Oversee the entire insurance process, from quotation/proposal generation, placements, and bookings to client servicing and administration of insurance accounts
• Ensure seamless execution of insurance transactions while maintaining accurate and efficient processes and procedures
• Provide high-quality client servicing to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the insurance cycle
• Ensure all company risks are adequately covered and mitigated, adhering to internal policies and industry standards
• Monitor account performance and continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer retention
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• 4 years of experience working in a non-life insurance company, brokerage, or agency
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with AUTO Insurance or HMO is a plus
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in BGC, Taguig
Work Arrangement
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work shift: 8 am - 5 pm
Work set-up: Onsite
