Web Authoring & Production QA Specialist

Location: Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid, onsite once a month)
Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Website QA: reviewing sites for accuracy, consistency, and alignment while also looking for opportunities to improve site quality overall.
• Web Authoring: Update & Create sites using the content management system (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Document web processes and guidelines; project and task management support

Required Skills and Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience working in a digital, web production support or technical role.
• Experience on QA website processes
• Extensive MS Office skills, particularly MS Word and Excel
• Demonstrated experience working with a CMS, including content creation and publication (AEM experience a huge plus)
• Basic understanding of online marketing
• Experience with cross-browser testing and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of basic web design processes; experience with Adobe products desired
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision and across multiple time-zones
• Approachable, confident with a positive personality
• Analytical with excellent problem solving ability
• Able to recognise a customer’s perspective on related issues and communicate effectively
• Able to translate technical issues into business language for status updates
• A collaborative worker and team player
• Able to follow through, complete tasks and work to support others to complete their tasks within tight time limitations
