Transport Coordinator

Receives and assigns to Truck Driver Trucking instruction on pick-up/delivery from internal customers and inform Transport Supervisor on daily routine. Monitors fuel consumption and odometer for operation on change oil from dealer report and update Trucking Officer accordingly. Monitors truck movement and update Trucking Officer accordingly. Establishes and implements Standard Operating Procedures of the Department. Ensures that the service requirements of the internal customers are attended to. Implements cost control measures by planning the schedule of pick-up of cargoes and by monitoring the operational expenses of the Transport Personnel. Ensures that concerns and issues in his department are address to immediately. Adheres to company policy.
