A Reservation/Lodging Agent is a hospitality professional who assists guests with booking accommodations, such as hotel rooms, vacation rentals, or event spaces. They handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. Reservation/Lodging Agents also provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions, as well as address any inquiries or concerns guests may have during their stay. Their goal is to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
