**Customer Service Representative**

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.

Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Promote ongoing customer relationships and loyalty.

Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Update customer information and databases.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* With or without BPO Experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
