Davao Concrete Poles Corporation started its operation in the early months of 2005 and was commended due to high qualities performance in meeting the standards and demands of its clients; the company has been producing quality concrete poles and post of various types and sizes in the average of 80 poles a day per one shift operation. Moreover, due to a mass production of its products the company also ensures the health and safety of workforce as well as with its livelihood projects around the community. Furthermore, in moving towards in globalization and industrialization of any businesses in the country, the Davao Concrete Poles Management ensures the role of competitiveness and quality of its work personnel’s and staffs. Job Description
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
With PRC licensed
Technical competent to perform engineering work related to planning, devising and adapting methods to improve manufacturing operations
Manufacturing knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills at least five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience in manufacturing industry
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, work , outlook and access
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
Knowledgeable in AUTO CADD is advantage
With strong leadership skills
