Job Description
• Examines reports, records, and project/transactions of department/business units
to verify their accuracy through a regular system/site check.
• Conducts spot/random audit wherein financial transactions i.e. use of revolving
funds, remittance of sales/collection, bank transactions are being validated to
ensure compliance with existing policies and recommend improvement to avoid
any malversation/theft/unauthorized use of fund/abuse of authority if needed.
• Handles and regularly monitors all incident reports from all departments and
issues sanctions based on existing policies/procedures or recommendations for
improvement, if needed/possible.
• Conducts spot/random audit wherein procedures, practices and results are being
checked for compliance which is intended for evaluation of operations and
recommendations for improvement if needed.
• Assist during the annual/scheduled wall-to-wall inventory check and validate its
result.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Accounting or Industrial Engineering or any related course
• 3 years related experience
• Microsoft Office Apps, Accounting Systems (QERP) and BIR
• Organized & knowledgeable in Government compliance.
Keen in detail, punctual, result-driven, reliable and trustworthy.
