Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Prepare and review financial reports.
Implement effective accounting policies and procedures.
Support financial goals with insightful analysis.
Mentor and develop the accounting team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with departments for compliance.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Optimize use of financial systems and software.
Identify and resolve accounting issues.
Provide recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate audits and financial reviews.
Develop and monitor internal controls.
Prepare budgets and forecasts.
Analyze financial data for trends and variances.
Support strategic financial planning.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance..
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
Proven experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- 45.000,00 ₱ Monthly
