• Ensures that all print, online and other forms of marketing collaterals are consistent with
the branding guidelines
• Ensures that all possible advertising spaces within the vicinity of the branches and media
channels are utilized to promote the different review programs and other offerings of
• Accepts request for display/posting of marketing collaterals within the vicinity of the
branches and submits initial recommendation to the Marketing & Sales Head for his
approval.
• Documents all advertising and promotional activities including the proper documentation of
all collaterals released by the department.
• Identifies and recommends external media opportunities.
• Conceptualizes marketing collaterals for all marketing activities for the approval of the
Marketing & Sales Head.
• Monitors the effectiveness of the marketing collaterals released to the public and keep
documents to serve as basis for the future plans.
• Acts as the coordinator between the Marketing Department and Graphic Artist or creative
team for the production of marketing collaterals.
• Recommends suppliers with lower cost for the production of marketing collaterals.
• Acts as the head of all events to promote TOPRANK.
• Implements the community campaign and visibility plans of TOPRANK.
• Submits periodic status reports to the Marketing & Sales Head.
• Performs functions of the Customer Relations Officer as secondary tasks.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Competencies:
• Knowledge on general marketing including advertising and marketing communications
• Creative
• Good presentation skills
• Good interpersonal relationship skills

Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of management, communication, visual and multimedia arts, and related degree
Programs
• With academic and corporate background
• Preferably with experience in handling people/team
• At least 4 years related experience
• Experience in any job position in advertising agency is an advantage

Salary Range: 25,000.00 – 30,000.00
Employment Type: Probationary
Benefits: 13th month pay & government mandated contributions
