Job Description
Strategy Development: Create and implement online digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and enhance brand presence in the FMCG market.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) through engaging content, community management, and targeted advertising campaigns.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and product descriptions that resonate with target audiences and drive traffic to the company’s website and e-commerce platforms.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research and implement best practices.
E-Commerce Management: Oversee the management of product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive repeat purchases. Segment audiences for targeted messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to enhance brand credibility and reach new audiences.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and the FMCG industry to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing software).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with strong writing and communication skills.
Experience with budget management and campaign optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of current trends in FMCG and consumer behavior is highly desirable.
