Job Description

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Working location: Legaspi Albay
Salary : 18,000
Additional : 2,000 for allowances
All Mandated Benefits
Working Days/Hours : Monday to Saturday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Education – Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree,
· Related Work Experience–
With at least 2-3 years of working experience in multi-area/retail management.
Must have a background in Financing, Credit Investigation, Collection, Sales and Marketing.
· Knowledge and Skills – With proven skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
· Abilities – Communication skills, inquisitiveness, and organized; Must be proficient in basic computer applications. And ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills
· Work Environment –Usually perform office related supervision and mostly field activity from time to time.
With a professional Driver's License and willing to do field work.
We prefer those with experience in the Financing Industry and Supervisory Level.
