• Develop and implement an integrated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy that aligns with the objectives and the project's specific needs.
• Lead the sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact and ensure the project operates within regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Manage CSR programs that benefit local communities, including stakeholder engagement, community development projects, and educational programs.
• Oversee reporting and communication of ESG performance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Monitor emerging ESG trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to improve the ESG framework and performance continuously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles in project planning and decision-making processes.
• Manage relationships with investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders to enhance the project’s ESG reputation.
