Job Description
Platform Excellence is the point person for all e-commerce platforms for both BAU and growth projects. It includes coordinating with e-commerce platforms on short to long-term plans and facilitating changes with Commercial Department. Collate and analyze best practices per platform for improvements and growth opportunities for platform management.
In this role, you are expected to:
• Closely monitor the e-commerce platform calendar for campaigns and events
• Coordinate with different e-commerce platforms for future goals and plans
• Overall project manager for all company and platform growth opportunities
• Be the point person for all platforms improvements and strategies
• Work with platform and internal stakeholders to collate best practices
This job might be fit for you if you have the following:
• A degree in any Business-related courses
• With strong experience in Project Management preferably in e-commerce platforms or the retail industry
• Experience in platform handling is a plus
• Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills in stakeholder management
It’s a plus if you have the following:
• Project Management skills
• Experience working in a platform, retail/merchandise, and e-commerce industry
• Knowledge and understanding of how to maximize the promos and campaign of the platform
