BIM MODELER ( CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) MAKATI
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Civil Engineer or related field
Work Experience : Min 5 yrs. / preferably in the construction industry.
Work Schedule : Monday – Friday : 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Salary Range(Monthly) : Open Negotiation
Work Location : MAKATI

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Developing high-precision 3D models using BIM software.
 Collaborating with engineers and architects during data exchange.
 Establishing strong network communication with stakeholders.
 Coordinating project delivery timelines.
 Identifying clashes or conflicts in the design.
 Implementing and maintaining BIM standards.
 Quantity takeoff and cost estimation using BIM.
 Reviewing the quality of BIM models, and more.
