Job Description

Responsible for the administrative function of Maintenance Department such as:

Monitoring of Maintenance Service Request and Service Accomplishment Report
Updating of department records and equipment history files
Coordination work for Contractors and Service providers
Monitoring and inventory and control of spare parts
Preparation of Preventive Maintenance and Curative Maintenance Schedule
Assisting the Department Head in the preparation of department / technical reports
Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering
At least 1-2 years of related work experience (manufacturing set-up is an advantage)
Knowledgeable in CADD and MS Office
Good in oral and written communication skills
Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and Manila
