Job Title: Network Technical Support

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Network Technical Support, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our customers for various dynamic brands, including Dahua CCTV, Ruijie and Reyeee Networks, Yeastar IP PBX Solutions, FANVIL IP Phone Solutions, and IMOU wifi cameras. Your expertise in IT or ECE, along with experience in CCTV, Network Solutions, and IP PBX, will be essential in ensuring our customers' satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in IT or ECE.
Previous experience in CCTV, Networks Solutions, and IP PBX is an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Familiarity with the dynamic brands listed above will be preferred.

Salary:

Php 18,000 to Php 20,000 per month, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person to resolve network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to CCTV, networks, IP PBX, and other related solutions.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and offer clear explanations.
Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues.
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate departments or senior technicians as needed.
Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Stay updated on the features and functionalities of the dynamic brands we distribute.
Assist in testing and evaluating new products and solutions.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement and customer satisfaction.
